RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for customized items (i.e. tags with names, custom stamps, etc.)

That being said, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you!

For non customized items, we accept returns mailed out within 14 days and we will issue a refund minus return shipping. If you'd like to return an item, please contact us to get the process started.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive the item you are returning, we will send a confirmation email. Within 48 hours you will be issued a full refund. Please keep in mind, it may take 5-7 business days to see the refund, depending on bank and form of payment.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please call or email us immediately if you wish to cancel or change your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When you log in to your account, we provide you with information at each step of the ordering process. We also include the tracking number once your order ships.

How long does it take of my package to get shipped?

How long is shipping time?

We ship with the USPS. We offer first class mail which usually takes 4-5 days priority mail which could be 1-2 days. We also offer FedEx 2 day shipping. Please keep in mind we ship from California when calculating shipping time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! That being said, please note that if we are shipping internationally, based on your countries laws and taxes you may be subject to importation fees over which we have no control over and we cannot be responsible for. We thank you for your understanding!

What if I made a mistake entering my shipping address?

My order was canceled, but there is still a charge on my account. When will this charge be credited back to me?

Please allow 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your cards balance.

Do you accept Visa or American Express gift cards?

No, we do not.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

At check out, there is a box that says "coupon code". It is case sensitive.
